- Size. Square footage drives concrete volume, steel and crew time — it's the single biggest factor on every job.
- Tear-out. Removing and hauling old concrete adds demo labor and disposal fees.
- Thickness & reinforcement. A slab that carries vehicles is a different build than a walkway.
- Finish. Broom finish is the baseline; stamped patterns and color systems add craft and cost.
- Access & grading. Tight backyards, slopes and drainage corrections add prep work before any concrete arrives.

How does payment work?

Do you have a project minimum?
Yes — our minimum project is $2,000. That covers most pads, walkways and small patios. If your project is smaller, bundling it with other work (a pad plus a walkway, for example) is often the most cost-effective route.
