What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you give us: name, phone number, city, optional email, your project type, and any photos you choose to send. Our website also records how you found us (for example, a QR code on a yard sign) using a small first-party cookie, and standard analytics events via Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.

How we use it

Your information goes into our customer system (GoHighLevel) and notifies our team so we can contact you about your project — by call, text or email. By submitting the form you consent to that contact; reply STOP to any text to opt out. We use analytics to understand which marketing works. That's it.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties except the service providers that run our website, messaging and customer system (Cloudflare, Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Telegram for internal staff alerts), each only to deliver their function.

Photos & retention

Project photos you send are stored securely and used only to scope and quote your project; we periodically delete old submissions. Want your data removed? Email office@rhinoconcretenc.com and we'll delete it.
